No, for two reasons.

1. We do not have the floor space in the lobby to allow this. The few tables we have in the lobby area are reserved for walk-in customers who have brought in their own snacks and are using it for a family snack area.

2. Parties held in the lobby area encourage larger numbers of children to be in and out of the lobby, making it tougher to control access to the facility. Although we do encourage people to bring their own snacks and drinks, we can not (and do not) accomadate parties in the lobby area.


How does a party at Wazoo’s work?

Example of a 1:00 pm party.

Guests start arriving at 1:00 pm. They drop off gifts and other items with the host/hostess while checking in or in the party room if it is available and ready. Guests are then welcome to use the party arena until your party room is available. Your party room will be available by 1:15 pm, at which time one of our party attendants will move all of the items brought by you and your guest to your party room. You will have the party room for 1 hour and 45 minutes, until 3:00pm. At 3:00 pm an attendant will assist you with moving all of your party items to your vehicle. You and your guest are then welcome to stay in the party arena as long as you would like.

Why do we run our parties this way?

We have found most kids are too excited to come in and get ushered straight into a party room. This format gives them a chance to play and settle in. It also prevents guests who may be running late from missing any of the festivities. Once your party room is ready kids are generally ready too. Now your entire 1 hour and 45 minutes in the party room goes towards celebrating your child’s birthday and not just playing. This format gives you plenty of time to enjoy cake, food, and present opening. During your party and for the rest of the day after you and your guests are welcome to play in the play arena.

What should we wear?

Everyone who is going to use the inflatable attractions is required to wear socks.

No clothing with multiple exposed zippers

No large belt buckles

No Jewelry, watches or large rings

All hair ties should be soft in nature

The above items can rip and tear the inflatables and are therefore not allowed.


What can we bring?

Guests who rent a party room may bring: food, birthday cake, cupcakes, drinks (non-alcoholic), special decorations (must be able to be hung with scotch tape provided at cash register), ice chest/cooler, camera, candles and matches.


What items are not allowed?

Silly string, Confetti, Poppers, Streamers, etc…, these items are too difficult to clean and have a high tendency to go into other party areas.

Hot plates/Individual burners, these items are a huge fire risk. Guests who wish to have warm foods at their party are encouraged to use catering style warming dishes or to take advantage of the specially negotiated pricing we have with local food companies. For more details please call.


Are individual guests, not part of a party, allowed to bring food?

Yes, you may bring drinks, snacks, pack a lunch or make use of our concession stand (menu includes: food, snacks, and beverages). We ask that all food is consumed in the lobby area, tables are available for use. Large parties are prohibited; the lobby is for individual guest use only.
